The VA Doesn't Grant Claims Based on How You Feel—They Grant Them Based on Evidence.

Most C&P examiners spend 10 minutes with you before checking "No" on your service connection. We spend hours deep-diving into your records to find the forensic medical link the VA is currently missing.

Watch: Why 70% of Nexus Letters Fail (and how we build ours to win).

The "Clinical Gap"

There is a massive gap between a clinical textbook and a 20-year career in boots. A contract doctor sees 'age-related wear.' We see the cumulative trauma of paratrooper jumps, flight line noise exposure, and heavy combat loads. We bridge that gap with board-certified medical teeth.

The "Evidence Pillars"

Forensic Nexus Letters.

Not just a "support letter." These are tactical medical reports backed by peer-reviewed literature that legally and medically link your condition to your service.

DBQ Precision

We provide the Disability Benefits Questionnaires that actually reflect your functional loss, ensuring your rating matches your reality.

Secondary Connection Mapping

We identify the "invisible" links—like how your service-connected knee injury led to back issues, or how your PTSD meds caused your sleep apnea.

4-Step Operational Process

Phase 1:

Record Recon

Our team ingests your military and civilian medical history to find the "Stressor" or "Nexus" triggers.

Phase 2:

Clinical Deep-Dive

A board-certified physician reviews the files to establish a medical theory of service connection.

Phase 3:

Scientific Backing

We pull relevant medical studies to bolster the nexus letter, making it "bulletproof" against VA denials.

Phase 4:

Final Documentation

You receive the signed DBQ or Nexus Letter ready for upload to VA.gov.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Why can’t my VA doctor just write this for me?

While some VA doctors want to help, most are strictly prohibited by their facility’s policy from writing Nexus letters or filling out DBQs. Even if they are allowed, they are clinical doctors, not forensic experts. They treat symptoms; we build a medical bridge between your service records and your current diagnosis using peer-reviewed science that meets the VA’s "at least as likely as not" legal standard.

What if I don’t have my C-File or service records yet?

Don't wait. The VA backlog for C-Files can take months. We can often begin your medical review using your current private records, denial letters, and your personal statement. If we hit a wall where the C-File is absolutely necessary, we will advise you on how to expedite that request while we prep the rest of your evidence.

Is this a guarantee that I will get my rating?

No medical professional or attorney can legally guarantee a VA decision. The VA rating board has the final say. However, we guarantee a medically sound, evidence-backed Nexus Letter that uses the specific forensic language required by the M21-1 Adjudication Procedures Manual. We provide the "medical teeth" that make it much harder for a C&P examiner to ignore your claim.

How is Federal Claims MDs different from a VSO?

A Veterans Service Officer (VSO) helps you navigate the paperwork and filing process. We provide the medical evidence that goes inside that paperwork. Think of it this way: the VSO is the delivery driver, but we are the engine. Without a strong medical Nexus, even the best-filed claim can stall out.

Can you help me with "Secondary" connections?

Absolutely. This is where most Veterans miss out on their true rating. We specialize in identifying how a service-connected injury (like a knee issue) has caused a secondary condition (like back pain or depression). Our MDs map these links forensically so the VA sees the "invisible" connection.

I’m already at 100% P&T. Do I still need a Nexus Letter?

If you are seeking Special Monthly Compensation (SMC) for Housebound status or Aid & Attendance, yes. The VA requires specific medical evidence to move you into these higher-tier payment brackets. We provide the functional loss documentation needed to break through that 100% ceiling.

What happens if my Nexus Letter is challenged by a C&P examiner?

Our letters are built to be "bulletproof" by citing specific medical literature and peer-reviewed studies. If an examiner disagrees, you have a board-certified medical opinion in your file that forces the VA to weigh both opinions equally—rather than just taking the contract doctor's word for it.

Is my data secure?

Yes. We are 100% HIPAA compliant. Your medical records and personal information are stored on encrypted, secure servers and are only accessed by our board-certified medical team and intake specialists.
